I LOVE to design and to paint whimsical items that will put a smile on your face. Each day I share my simple life with you as I try to encourage, to inspire and sometimes JUST to make you smile as I recount my life growing up on a dairy farm! I've never had many material items in my life, BUT I have been blessed beyond words with love and encouragement from WONDERFUL Parents who instilled in me WHAT was important. I have had EVERYTHING that I needed and WAY too much of what I wanted. I am slowly learning to be a better person each day through my interactions with my friends on Facebook. A CELEBRATION is ABOUT to HAPPEN!

I am a PROUD Member of the Folkart and Primitive Team on Etsy.  (FAAP)

 What is a team, you may ask...It is a group of sellers who ban together to try to HELP each other SELL more items...

 And just HOW do you help OTHERS, you may ask...WE do treasuries, a group of items from each shop, and post them in Etsy.  We do NOT include our own items in a treasury, so we are in fact, PAYING it FORWARD...People HEART our items and then they appear on other's FAVORITES and THAT is how we help each other to SPREAD THE LOVE!!  We also have groups on Facebook where we SHARE helpful hints that have worked for us and NEW ideas...We have CELEBRATIONS throughout the year and we are about to have a BIG ONE!!
February 1, 2015 will mark the 2 year anniversary of The Folkart and Primitive Team (FAAP)
It was started by our FEARLESS leader, Miss Brenda Griffith!  You can find her blog at The Rusty Thimble.  Go FOLLOW her. She has a giveaway each month.  She is the seamstress of my elves, Prince Charlie and Chester the Jester Elf...


We will have a GIVEAWAY, but you will have to WAIT for more details...BUT Get READY...it will be FUN!!



I think that we should CELEBRATE every day that we are given LIFE...SO get a SMILE in your Soul and ENJOY the MOMENTS you have been given and make the MOST of them
